The fourth card in the Potman series is based on the Monstera plant. I was specifically asked by the plant nursery who commissioned the cards if I could paint a monstera plant. Once again I enjoyed painting a plant that had magnificent leaves.

The oil paint was a good medium to use as it gave depth of colour and lushness to the plant.
