Card Information
 – Each card is designed by Mardi using original artwork and printed in Australia on a heavy weight card stock. 
– Each card is accompanied by Australian made envelopes. 
– Each card is blank on the inside with inspired thoughts on the back
Print Postage and Handling
All prints are carefully checked, wrapped and sealed in packaging from printer or post cylinder 90mmx 850 mm

All postage is shipped via Aus Post or local couriers depending on the location of the customer.

Print Quality
Please note that the colours on the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour differently and I cannot guarantee that what you are seeing is the same as the final print.

All printing is done in Australia.

Shipping times
Cards can be sent when the order is processed. This is typically the same day.
Prints may take up to 7 days to post as they are custom printed. The prints are checked, signed and packed carefully by Mardi.
Postage - Damaged or Lost
When sending with Aus post your purchases are lovingly inspected, packed securely and delivered to the local post office in pristine condition. With large orders a tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your parcel. Unfortunately from this point on I am no longer responsible as it is now the responsibility of the Australian Post.
Returns - Prints
Each print is thoughtfully printed, inspected and signed by Mardi. The prints are then carefully packaged and posted. Because the prints are delicate in nature I do not accept returns if you change your mind. When unpacking your prints please handle with care. 
Please avoid touching the front surface of the print as it can mark easily. It is best to get your print to your local framer as soon as you can where it can be protected and enjoyed under glass.If for some reason you have been sent the wrong print please email me with photo evidence and I will be happy to sort this out for you.


Returns - Cushions
Great care has been taken to achieve the highest quality and craftsmanship in my cushions, as such all cushions are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you find any fault please notify me within 7 days of receiving your cushion via my email and I will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund. I am trilled that you have chosen to own one of my cushions but please choose carefully as I do not offer a refund if you change your mind.
